About the Board of Directors

Executive affairs and important decisions are organized and made by the collective wisdom and knowledge at the Darolekram Institute.
This institute supports the education of children and teenagers under the guidance of a board of directors comprised of knowledgeable and experienced volunteers.

To perform decisions of the general meeting (the board of trustees).
To draw up the balance sheet and financial statements of Darolekram Institute and provide a report for submitting to the general meeting (the board of trustees).
To manage the detailed budget of Darolekram Institute and approve predicted income figures and additional credits and amendment of budget and credits.
To make decisions for receiving and paying credit or loan from or to real legal persons.
To select attorney and delegate authority for referring claims and disputes to arbitration and determine arbitrator with the right of peace observing interests of Darolekram Institute.
To provide, codify, propose executive bylaws and regulations of articles of association necessary for Darolekram Institute to general meeting (the board of trustees).
To open RIs. And exchange accounts in domestic and foreign banks.
To determine RIs. Coefficient of calculations of students’ scholarship.
