About the Board of Trustees
In addition to their professional activities, the members of the Board of Trustees have willingly accepted this responsibility. The members of the board of trustees convene at an ordinary or extraordinary general meeting to make the most important decisions.
Duties of the Board of Trustees
- To elect members of the board of directors and auditors
- To hear report of the board of directors and auditors
- To determine overall policy of Darolekram Institute
- To investigate and approve or reject proposal of the of directors
- To determine substitute member of the of trustees
- To approve immovable properties transactions
- To approve balance sheet, annual budget and plan of Darolekram Institute
- To determine nationwide publication newspaper for notices and invitations
- To dismiss members of the board of trustees, the board of directors and auditors
