Charter
Every organization needs to set a vision in order to achieve its goals, and in order to achieve the vision, it must define principles and values to stay safe from the damage caused by fading or changing values along the way. These fundamental and sublime values are in fact the organization’s roadmap that determines and guarantees how to achieve the desired quality. Since the early years of its activity, Darolekram has equipped itself to comply with the principles and criteria called “Darolekram Charter”. In 12 principles, this charter foresees all the harms affecting the activities of the institution and describes the safe ways.
Charter principles
The First Principle
Believing and respecting the principle of "inherent human dignity" in all activities of the institution, especially in relation to knowledge. To believe in and respect human dignity at all activities of the institute especially related to students and scholarship students and render respectful services, without making them beholden to the institute and their mental hurt with love to them.
The second principle
To recognize and accept children and adolescents eligible to education and scholarship and their support (education, culture, social, health and treatment).
The third principle
To codify and perform efficient and innovative educational and cultural methods for students and scholarship students supported by elites of the state.
The fourth principle
Adhering to being a nongovernmental institute, obliging to observe rules and regulations of the state and not interfering in political and group, religious orientations.
The fifth principle
Not interfering in direct or indirect economics activities to prevent from overshadowing purposes of founders and the institute and creating efficient financial and accounting methods.
The sixth principle
Activation of portal, site, publication of publication, newsletter, to be active in virtual networks, to hold exhibitions, festivals, supportive, scientific and cultural level of society acquaint people with activities of institute and attract volunteer supporters and founders and benefactors, to promote voluntary activities in society to remove children’s deprivation of education.
The seventh principle
Being dependent on people's voluntary help and relying on the support of benevolent people and at the same time being accountable To the supporters of the students and the separation of student scholarship expenses from other expenses and provision of development expenses and current institution through interested and benevolent founders;
The eighth principle
To recognize talents and special and potential abilities of students and scholarship students and make an effort and plan for removing obstacles to their growth.
The ninth principle
To codify and perform suitable plans to transform Darolekram Institute to a national and international comprehensive institution.
The tenth principle
To cooperate with national and international institutes to establish cultural and social and legal support of children and adolescents for their education
The eleventh principle
Considering the mentioned principles in this charter, all operators of Darolekram institute continue their work in the institute and commit themselves to observe provisions of this charter apart from their personal belief, accepting and believing to human principle of help to fellow man without personal, economic political, ethnic, religious motivations and expect with humanities approach
The twelfth principle
The Twelfth Principle: This charter is drawn up and codified in 12 principles according to the view of the founders and approved in the general meeting of Darolekram Institute and its principle is permanent and unchangeable.
